Company
Billing
Authorization
A Credit/Debit card is required to be on file. The details of your Credit/Debit card are collected and maintained by iClassPro and are governed according to their Privacy Policy. [Link]
Due Dates
Monthly fees are billed to your Stingrays account with iClassPro on the 1st of the month. Payment is due on or before the 7th of the current month. Payments not made before the due date will be charged automatically on the 8th day of the current month.
Registration Fees
All new families are charged a one-time membership fee of $55.00. (excludes Allstar Cheerleaders, School Cheerleaders and Allstar Gymnasts using our facilities for team practices)
General
Discontinue / Drop
It is your responsibility to communicate with us when you wish to discontinue a class. We are available in-person, by phone, and by email to assist you with your request.
All accounts are billed automatically according to your current enrollment status. Failure to communicate your request to discontinue a class will result in your payment account being charged automatically. Any request(s) for a refund, after a charge has been made, will be denied.
Make-Up (Non-Allstars)
You are entitled to a make-up class if your cancellation is made before your scheduled start time or our facilities are closed during your scheduled class. You must be actively enrolled in the class to be eligible and should be made up within ONE MONTH.

Dress Code
Non-Allstar athletes should wear light clothing, covering the midriff, no jewelry and light tennis shoes. Sports bras are not permitted by themselves.
Allstar athletes will refer to their team coach for dress code guidelines.
